Click the Administration Home button at the top right corner of this page to return to the OSE Administration Home Page.

Existing subscriptions are shown in the list view. Click a column heading to sort ascending by that field. Click again on the heading to sort descending. Columns can also be resized for easier viewing by clicking on the border between column headings and dragging the border left or right.

By default, the All Web Subscriptions option is selected and all subscriptions on the Office-extended server are displayed in the list. You can display a subset of the existing subscriptions by selecting the Web Subscriptions Where option and choosing a field from the dropdown list. Then type an associated value in the text box to the right of the dropdown list. The value you type must exactly match the value in the subscription for it to be displayed. After you enter the value, click Update. The list will update showing only the subscriptions that match the value you entered.

The fields shown in the list view are as follows.

User

The Windows NT account name of the user that is subscribed.

URL

The document or folder subscribed to.

To delete a subscription, select the subscription and click Delete. To delete all subscriptions in the current view click Delete All.

Note The Delete All button deletes all of the subscriptions in the current view. For example, if you have filtered the view to show only subscriptions from the user JoeUser and you click Delete All, subscriptions created by all other users will remain in tact. Choose the All Subscriptions option to ensure that you are viewing all existing subscriptions.

Tip Multi-selecting is not supported within the subcription list. To delete several subscriptions in one action, set a filter that displays only the subscriptions you want to delete and then click Delete All.

Important The subscriber is not automatically notified when a subscription is deleted. You may want to notify subscribers via e-mail or another means when deleting subscriptions.
